Public Records
We built this site because we cannot trust mainstream media to give the facts. Look here. For yourself.
What is on this site
We put the reports up so you do not have to take a press conference as the last word.
Moscow Police Department — 22-M09903. Supplemental narratives, who wrote them, when they were typed, the Nov 12–14 timeline, and the split PDFs.
MPD supplements · All 314 reports · MPD PDFs
Idaho State Police — D22000030. Separate case file. Separate folder. Do not mix it with MPD.
Documents · Payne IM log · Questions
The FBI said no
We asked. The FBI denied our FOIAs. That is not a reason to get quiet. That is a reason to publish every page we can get from MPD, ISP, and the agencies that did produce paper — and to keep asking.
When a federal agency will not hand over records in a case this large, the public is being told to live on television. We will not live on television.
Mainstream media will not do the job
This site exists because the coverage did not.
Brian Entin will not do real reporting on this. We watched. We waited. The hard questions — the ones that require a report in one hand and a timeline in the other — did not get asked.
We had hope for Megyn Kelly. She questioned the roommates, Dylan and Bethany, and the eight hours before 911. That should have been the start of more questions, not the end of them. Instead, three grown men tore into her for asking. That pile-on should have alerted her to look deeper. When grown men shout a journalist down for asking why 911 came eight hours later, that is not “protecting victims.” That is protecting a story.
Almost no one in mainstream news has been unbiased on this case. They named Bryan. They locked the narrative. They treated curiosity like a moral failure.
Then there is TMZ — a tabloid that usually runs celebrity stories. TMZ wrote about Bryan and did not call him names. Let that sit. A tabloid showed more restraint than the networks that tell you they are the adults in the room.
If mainstream media will not do their jobs, we will scream it from here: the files are on this site. Read them.
Look for yourself
We are not asking you to take our word. We are asking you to open the MPD packet, open the ISP file, open the IM log, and decide whether the official story can stand that kind of reading.
Questions about the evidence deserve serious public attention. So do Ethan, Maddie, Xana, and Kaylee. So do Bryan and his family. The records are the common ground. Use them.
