ISP files
Idaho State Police case D22000030 — the agency assist on 1122 King Rd. The released 556-page report packet, the Master Index that makes it navigable, and the Item 108 chain-of-custody correction. This is the ISP tab — not MPD, not a new site.
The ISP packet
The packet is not in chronological order and the reports are not titled consistently. Open the Master Index first: find the report you want, note its page, then open the PDF.
The 556-page ISP packet is hosted on Google Drive because the file is too large for a phone upload to this site. Share setting must stay Anyone with the link.
Page-count note. This packet is 556 pages, which is what the Master Index workbook was built against. Do not confuse it with the 578-page Moscow Police Department packet for incident 22-M09903 (supplements 1–314). That is a different agency’s file and lives under Documents → MPD supplements.
What Item 108 is
Lab case M2022-4843, Item 108: reference oral swabs from Bryan Kohberger (ISP DNA Report No. 26, Jade Miller, issued Feb. 6, 2023).
That same report says Item 108 was “previously returned to the submitting agency.” The same day’s emails say the chain was wrong and the sample was released to the FBI. The case file was locked. ILLIMS staff then corrected the computer chain and asked if it was the only item in the container.

Why this is filed separately
Case D22000030 is an Idaho State Police file with its own numbering, so it lives on this page and nowhere else on this site. The Moscow Police Department material is unrelated to it and stays where it was: the Nov 12–14 timeline and all 314 supplemental narratives for incident 22-M09903, under Documents → MPD supplements.
